Reimagining mental health therapy// service design

This project explores how therapy sessions might change with digital tools. Today, therapy often happens in a physical space where a patient and therapist meet for a set time, usually 45 minutes. As more digital tools become available, new possibilities for therapy are emerging. This project examines how these tools could support therapy in new ways while still maintaining the human connection. Rather than simply moving traditional sessions online, it looks at how therapy could evolve, before, during, and after sessions, and what opportunities and challenges this shift might bring. Through this exploration, the project aims to better understand what digital therapy could look like in the future.

This project was done with Eirik Fidjeland.
